  • RTO charges will be same as forwording charges.
  • E waybill required if the value is more than 50 k.
  • No manual label will be made or pasted for Dispatch.
  • Billing ​disputes​ need to ​​be escalated within 7 days from​ the​ Shipment date.
  • Any weight dispute due to incorrect weight declaration cannot be claimed.
  • Maximum ​liability for Forward shipping is Rs 5000 or Invoice value whichever is lower.
  • Maximum ​liability for Reverse shipping is Rs 2000 or 50% of Invoice value whichever is lower.
  • No Claim would be entertained for Glassware, Fragile products, Concealed damages and improper packaging.
  • Chargeable weight would be volumetric or actual weight, whichever is higher (Air : LxBxH/ 4000 | Surface mode: LxBxH/ 4000).
